How much are the shipping costs?

Up to a shopping cart of CHF 79.95, a small quantity surcharge of 9.50 applies. If the shopping cart exceeds CHF 80, it will be canceled.

Can I drop by your place spontaneously to buy something?

No, a visit is only possible with advance registration via email.

Please contact us in advance at shop@spc.ch so that we can plan your visit.

I have a defective device/service issue – can I just bring it in?

Also in this case prior registration via email (service@spc.ch) mandatory.

Please write to us with a brief description of your concern so that we can coordinate the process and help you as quickly as possible.

Why is a visit only possible by appointment?

We want to take enough time for each customer and ensure that the responsible people are on site. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate spontaneous visits for organizational reasons - thank you for your understanding.

How does curbside delivery work for a large appliance?

You select the date and time in the shopping cart and you can leave a note with exact instructions for the delivery location (example: to the left of the garage).
Post Logistik Stückgut will deliver the delivery as requested by you.

IMPORTANT: The delivery is deposited by Post Logistik General Cargo or a third-party provider. If you left a note for the exact delivery location when ordering, the delivery will be left there.

If the customer does not accept the delivery during the first delivery and a second delivery is made, you will be charged for this.

The cost of a second delivery is CHF 80.00.

How long is the guarantee period?

You receive a 2-year guarantee on all products. Products that have a longer guarantee period are marked accordingly with a 3 or 5 year guarantee. There is no guarantee on liquidation items.

What happens if a device fails during the warranty period?

After registering the warranty case with our service department, the device will be replaced or picked up for repair.

Why are there traces of water in my washing machine?

All washing machines are checked for errors in a test run at the factory after production. A leak test is also part of it. After the test, a little water remains in the machine. When the water dries, there can sometimes be water stains. This is completely normal and will disappear after the first use.

How can I pay in advance?

Use our account in your online banking

CH87 0078 1011 0347 5530 4 and note the order number as payment purpose.

Then your order will be placed once your payment has arrived.

Can you use electrical appliances that are not from? SPC have it repaired?

It definitely makes sense to repair built-in appliances in the kitchen or washing or drying appliances. If the repair is not worth it, we will be happy to make you a replacement offer.

Is there also an installation service for kitchen appliances such as ovens, built-in refrigerators, etc.?

We have an installation service for the whole of Switzerland if a device was already in operation. Where you want to install a washing tower or an electrical appliance for the first time, an electrician must first prepare the power connections or a plumber must prepare the water connections.

How can I be sure that I am ordering the right built-in appliance for my kitchen?

If you are not sure, take a photo of the device label inside the device and send it to info@spc.ch. We will then send you an offer.

Why aren't the prices consistently the same?

Products are purchased daily and the prices are adjusted depending on the costs of logistics or procurement prices in the market.

Can you adjust the door opening on refrigerators to open on the left or right?

A lot of devices can be connected. For example, changing the door from left-opening to right-opening.

This is also noted in the text. It also means the door stop can be changed.

How quickly will my order be delivered?

The quickest option is to pay by credit card. Since we receive guaranteed payment, we will immediately dispatch the item. If you pay in advance, we rely on the money transfer from your bank. It can sometimes take 2-3 days until we receive the payment.

Devices that are in stock will be shipped within 2-3 working days. Others we have to order from the manufacturer. It can happen that there are delays. Normally it works within the specified time.

Please first check whether the order confirmation has ended up in your spam folder. The wrong email address may also have been recorded.

Can I dispose of an old device at SPCSHOP?

Of course, you can also dispose of old devices in an online shop. You must deliver the devices to the designated collection points.

The collection points:

Of course, it is much more convenient to have us pick up the devices if you order the new devices. You can book the collection of the old devices for a fee in the delivery options field in the shopping cart.
