How much are the shipping costs?

Up to a shopping cart of CHF 79.95, 9.50 falls. If the shopping cart exceeds CHF 80.- Then it falls away.

How does the delivery edge run with a large device?

You choose the date and time in the shopping cart and you can leave a note with precise instructions for the delivery location (example: left next to the garage).
The mail logistics general cargo will deliver the delivery as you wish.

IMPORTANT: The delivery is deposited by the Post Logistik General or a third party. If you have left a note for the exact delivery location when ordering, the delivery will be parked there.

If the delivery is not accepted by the customer in the first delivery and there is a second delivery, this will be charged to you.

The costs of a second delivery amount to CHF 80.00.

How long is the guarantee period?

You will receive a 2-year guarantee on all products. Products that have a longer guarantee period are marked accordingly with 3 or a 5-year guarantee. There is no guarantee on liquidation articles.

What happens if a device fails during the warranty period?

After registration of the warranty case with our service, the device is replaced or picked up for repair.

Why does it have water tracks in my washing machine?

All washing machines are checked for errors in the factory after production in a test run. A test for tightness is also part of it. After the test there is a little water in the machine. If the water dries, there can sometimes be water stains. This is quite normal and disappears after the first use.

I don't like the product?

If you do not like the product ordered, you have the option of withdrawing from the purchase within 7 days of receipt of the delivery. The product must be unused and the complete packaging. Delivery fees have to be paid by the customer.

How can I pay with prepayment?

Can not be electrical devices from SPC Have it been repaired?

Especially with installation devices in the kitchen or washing or drying devices, it makes sense to repair. If the repair is not worth it, we will be happy to offer you a replacement.

Is there also an installation service for kitchen appliances such as oven, installation refrigerator, etc.?

We have an installation service for the whole of Switzerland if a device was previously in operation. Where you want to install a washing tower or an electrical device for the first time, Vohrer has to prepare an electrician the power connections or a sanitary.

How can I be sure that I order the right installation device for my kitchen?

If you are not safe, take pictures of the device label in the interior of the device and send it to info@spc.ch. We will send you an offer.

Why are the prices not constant?

Products are bought daily and the prices are adjusted depending on the cost of logistics or procurement prices in the market.

Of course, you can also dispose of old devices at an online shop. You must deliver the devices to the intended collection points.
