1. Scope

The general terms and conditions (hereinafter "CONDITIONS" named) apply to all legal transactions that are via the online shop www.spcshop.ch be completed (Below is "online shop"). The online shop reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. For all product orders with a requirement of the minimum age of 18 years, customers confirm the compliance with these legal provisions. Orders in non -household quantities can be rejected without justification.


2. Information

2.1 Product and Price
Images of products in advertising, brochures, online shop etc. serve the illustration and are non -binding. 2.2 Availability and delivery time

2.3 Additional services: assembly and disposal
The assembly includes delivering, unpacking and assembling the ordered products including withdrawal of the packaging material. If the assembly performance cannot be provided on the basis of a reason to be represented by the customer (e.g. due to non -compliance with the assembly date, missing or no connections, incorrect mass information, etc.), the customer has no Right to reimbursement of the paid assembly performance.

3. Contract conclusion

The products and prices in the online shop are considered an offer. However, this offer is always subject to the condition of a delivery person who has been the contract or a faulty price. The purchase contract is concluded for products or services from the online shop as soon as the customers in the online shop, in one of the branches, by phone or email, lists your order (hereinafter "Purchase contract" called). 4. Delivery date

With the order confirmation, a provisional delivery date is communicated to the customers or contact is made with the customers and an individual delivery date is agreed. 5. Delivery / branch collection

If the customers do not accept the ordered products on the agreed or displayed delivery date, the online shop can dissolve the contract (cancel) and invoices the resulting delivery costs and any losses of value. If the customers do not pick up the products ordered in a branch (branch collection) within 14 calendar days since their willingness to pick up in the branch, the online shop can resolve the contract.

If the customer has ordered a large device that is delivered with a palett, the delivery is free of charge to the curb. If customers are not on site, the order will be deposited.

Important: On this day, the customers must be on site to accept the delivery.

If the delivery is not accepted and there is a second delivery, this will be charged to the customer. A second delivery costs CHF 80.-.


6. Liability for testing

The customers must immediately check the delivered or picked up products for correctness, completeness and delivery damage. In the case of forwarding deliveries, any delivery damage must be noted on the delivery note. Delivery damage, incomplete and incomplete deliveries must be reported to the online shop within 5 calendar days from the time of collection or delivery. 7. Warranty

7.2 Additional regulations for used goods

9. Payment

9.1 Payment variants

In the event of a partial return of the delivered products, the invoice amount can be reduced accordingly.


9.2 Delay of payment

9.3 Removal of title

10. Change of order or cancellation

Orders oblige customers to accept the products and services. 11. Return of goods -free goods

14. Further provisions
