Delivery and installation

All products and orders are shipped free of charge at addresses in Switzerland and Liechtenstein. When ordering with goods value of under CHF 80.- a minor surcharge of CHF 9.50 within Switzerland and Liechtenstein is due. We send all products from our own warehouse by post or with a freight forwarder. The package or the palett is always delivered to the edge of the board!

If you would like a personal collection including advice, a floor delivery or professional assembly including any redemption from old devices for disposal- no problem, you can select from one of the following delivery, collection and assembly options when ordering:

Free delivery by post or freight forwarder without disposal:

• All orders below 30kg are sent by post.
• All orders over 30kg are delivered by freight forwarder.
• All free deliveries are as curb edge deliveries without disposal.
  With a delivery with the freight forwarder, the access must also be guaranteed (flat) up to the first sealable front door with a truck. If no direct delivery is possible, the last mile must either be borne at your own expense or a new appointment must be arranged for a corresponding surcharge.

Delivery by freight forwarder with disposal:

• All orders over 30kg are delivered via the freight forwarder with prior telephone announcements. We therefore ask you to correctly provide us with all telephone numbers when ordering.
• The number of devices that are accepted for disposal must not exceed the number of quantities to be delivered with disposal (example: 1 device delivered - selected option with disposal = 1 device for disposal).
• The delivery conditions and flat -rate surcharges per article of this additional service can be found in the currently valid Conditions'S or directly in the shopping cart. Devices without a selection/order with disposal cannot be taken away by the freight forwarder.
• All deliveries are as curb edge deliveries. Accordingly, the device that has to be disposed of for disposal must also be available on the curb.

Delivery by post:

• Order is usually delivered within 2-3 working days.
• You will receive the orders (depending on the size) either by post or Sieber.
• The delivery conditions and flat -rate surcharges per article of this additional service can be found in the currently valid Conditions'S or directly in the shopping cart.

Free collection SPC St. Gallen warehouse:

• All orders can be picked up in our branch (office, showroom and service/logistics center) in St. Gallen. You will receive a separate collection notification by email or telephone immediately after receipt of the goods.
• We are also happy to accept your old devices for disposal in our branch in St. Gallen.
• The pick -up, advice and any disposal in our SPC-Danial in St. Gallen is of course free of charge for you.
• Choose conveniently from one of the possible payment options at Collection.
• When picking up an order, which was made via invoice, the presentation/presentation of an official ID is required.

Floor delivery including disposal

• We deliver all orders conveniently to you on site on the desired floor or to the location of your choice. To do this, note our currently valid Delivery terms. You will be announced by phone for an appointment. We therefore ask you to correctly provide us with all telephone numbers when ordering.
• The floating delivery includes delivery with 2 men, unpacking the devices, the disposal of the packaging material and the withdrawal of the old devices for disposal.
• The number of devices that are accepted for disposal must not exceed the number of devices delivered (example: 1 device delivered = 1 device for disposal).
• The surcharge is directly stored for each device, since it can deviate depending on the device type. A floating delivery to a fixed date is charged with an additional CHF 100.00 per order.
• Floor deliveries usually take place within 10 working days after receipt of the order or receipt of payment for prepayment.

Delivery and assembly including disposal

• We deliver all devices to you conveniently to you and assemble them professionally on the desired floor or at the location of your choice. To do this, note our currently valid Delivery terms. You will be announced by phone for an appointment. We therefore ask you to correctly provide us with all telephone numbers when ordering.
• The delivery and assembly contains the delivery and professional assembly, the commissioning of the devices, the disposal of the packaging material and the withdrawal of the old devices for disposal.
• The number of devices that are accepted for disposal must not exceed the number of devices delivered (example: 1 device delivered = 1 device for disposal).
• The surcharge is directly stored for each device, since it can deviate depending on the device type. A delivery and assembly on a fixed date will be offset against an additional CHF 100.00 per order.
• Deliveries and montages are usually carried out within 7-10 working days after receipt of the order or receipt of payment for prepayment.

Transport insurance

Transport insurance is insurance for damage and losses on the transport route. With the completion of the transport insurance, your order against the actually caused damage on the shipping route (maximum the value of the goods at the time of the order) is insured. The goods are fully insured for delivery by their own specialist staff.
