Customers have the option of requesting whether there is an exchange option for a product of the same category within 7 days of ordering. The prerequisite for this is that the product in question is shown accordingly on the purchase receipt or the invoice. The request is under shop@spc.ch. The purchase receipt or the invoice must be submitted. In any case, an exchange is excluded if the original packaging is missing, the goods are damaged, or no receipt or no invoice is available.
The following goods are generally excluded from an exchange: personal care products, consumption materials (such as memory cards, toners, etc.), entertainment media (DVDs, Blu-rays, games, etc.), software, mobile phones, activity tracker, smartwatches, headphones, photo and video cameras ( Including lenses and action cams), projector, tablets, notebooks/PCs, game consoles, commercial devices, installation kitchens, bathrooms/bathroom furniture and articles that the SPC Electronics AG especially ordered to customer request.
The SPC Electronics AG is not obliged to justify the acceptance or rejection of an exchange. An exchange is on the part of the goodwill base on the part of the SPC Electronics AG, and the customer has no legal right to it. If an exchange is approved, the customer bears the costs, including delivery and installation costs.
