Designed by Robert Bronwasser for chefs. Thanks to the stylish matt black design with green accents and the ergonomic handle, it is a pleasure to use this crème brûlée burner in everyday work. The burner is simple and securely attached to the gas cartridge and covers the entire top of the cartridge. The piezo ignition makes ignition simply, the large gas turning wheel enables a simple adjustment of the flame size and intensity. This burner can be operated at every angle, even over head, since the improved design of the burner prevents the flame from flickering.
