Very clear design, suitable for live cooking. Housing with stainless steel frames. Surface is made of ceramic glass. The temperature can be continuously controlled by rotary control. Suitable for pans with floor diameter between 140 and 280 mm. Equipped with electronic overheating protection. Maximum load: 2x 20kg. Stainless steel housing with two hobs. The front hob has a maximum output of 5000W, if the front hob works with 5000W, the rear hob can only produce 2000W. The back cooking field has a maximum output of 3500W, while the front hob 3500W does not exceed.
