Very clear design, suitable for live cooking. Housing with stainless steel frame. Surface is made of ceramic glass. The temperature can be continuously regulated using a rotary control. Suitable for pans with a base diameter between 140 and 280 mm. Equipped with electronic overheating protection. Maximum load: 2x 20kg. Stainless steel housing with two hobs. The front hob has a maximum power of 5000W, if the front hob works at 5000W, the rear hob can only produce 2000W. The rear hob has a maximum power of 3500W, while the front hob does not exceed 3500W.
