The intuitive switch has five speed levels and a turbo function from which, depending on the nature of the ingredients and the desired mixing result. With approx. 1,600 revolutions per minute, different foods are stirred without lump. The hand mixer has two interchangeable stir brooms and two stainless steel betting hooks, which are automatically dissolved from the device using the load button. The stir brooms are ideal for light liquid mixtures such as cream, batter, protein, cream and much more. For a perfect result, use the two spiral dough hooks when kneading.
