Kühl-/Gefrierschrank, gutes Gerät, schlechte Lieferung

Das Gerät ist soweit sehr gut, aber noch nicht lange in Betrieb.
Mit der Lieferung waren wir leider nicht zufrieden, da wir extra einen Kommentar mit genauer Beschreibung hinterlassen hatten. Diese wurde nicht befolgt und das Gerät wurde deshalb auf die falsche Seite des Hauses geliefert. Obwohl ich den ganzen Tag gewartet habe, hat der Spediteur nicht mal geläutet, sonst hätte er ohne Probleme noch zur richtigen Seite fahren können. So wurde das Gerät aber einfach ohne sich zu melden auf der falschen Seite des Hauses abgestellt und wir hatten grosse Mühe, es selber auf die andere Seite zu transportieren! Also: Gerät selber sehr gut, Lieferung leider nicht! Auf Beschwerdemail habe ich vom Anbieter keine Antwort erhalten...

The mail logistics general cargo will deliver the delivery as you wish.
