The Cometron 7x50 is a handy and cheap binoculars that delivers a light picture and a large image field. This makes it ideal for the astronomy but of course just as suitable for observation of nature. This classic Porro-Fernglas has 50mm lenses and seven times enlargement, for maximum scene. The exit pupil is seven millimeters tall - and therefore just as big as your pupils can open at night. So no light is given away, and you can also see objects such as fog or comets clearly, as well as animals at dusk. The multiple remuneration (multi-coating) ensures high transmission of the lenses and prevents disturbing reflections.
