The telescope can also be operated without a hand controller, even the alignment is possible via Skyportal! With the new Celestron Skyportal Software you can also address your SkyQ adapter. Skyportal is a full planetarium program: keep your smartphone in the sky and you can see on the map which objects you have set; Or look for an object and you will be poured there. After Skyportal has connected to your telescope via the WiFi module and the alignment was carried out, you can also conveniently control it via your smartphone. The software is based on Skysafari and is available free of charge for iOS (in the app store) and Android (in the Play store).
