Thermal switch for heating regulators. Take the guessing rates when using heating tapes of third-party providers and increase your energy efficiency with the Celestron Thermistor for intelligent devil-steering controls. This accessory enables the Smart Devheater Controller (available separately) to deliver the correct amount of heat for the corrector of your telescope without waste the battery. This is how it works: Connect the heating tape to your telescope and place the sealed probe tip of the thermistor under the heating tape. Close each cable to its corresponding connection of the Smart Devheater control. Note: This switch is not required for the Celestron DEW heating ring. It already has a built -in thermistor.
