The WM714T1WA0DE washing machine impresses with energy efficiency class A, 15 practical programs, a quiet inverter engine and protective functions such as aquastop, unbalance control or child lock. The dryer T7HT1WA3DE complements the set with energy class A +++, 15 well-thought-out programs-including quick, jeans or baby clothing drying-as well as functions such as LED commodity light, wrinkle protection and sensor control for precise results. Both devices can be set up space-saving and offer high ease of use thanks to LED display, remaining run display and a simple program selection. Ideal for modern households that value efficiency, reliability and gentle textile care.

How long is the guarantee period?

You will receive a 2-year guarantee on all products. Products that have a longer guarantee period are marked accordingly with 3 or a 5-year guarantee. There is no guarantee on liquidation articles.

How quickly is said order delivered?

The fastest variant is a payment using a credit card, since we receive a guaranteed payment here we will resolve the delivery immediately. At prepayment, we rely on the money transfer of your house bank. Sometimes it can go for 2-3 days until we receive the payment.

Devices that are at warehouse are sent within 2-3 working days. We have to order others from the manufacturer. It can happen that there are also delays. Normally it works in the specified time.

What is the delivery for a large device?

You choose the date and time in the shopping cart and you can leave a note with precise instructions for the delivery location (example: left next to the garage).
The mail logistics general cargo will deliver the delivery as you wish.

IMPORTANT: The delivery is deposited by the Post Logistik General or a third party. If you have left a note for the exact delivery location when ordering, the delivery will be parked there.
