The production of your own vinegar is simple and delicious! With the dining pot of Emile Henry made of clay -colored ceramic with a capacity of 2.5 liters, you can make your own homemade vinegar to refine your dishes, salads or desserts. Use a vinegar mother at the beginning or make it out of vinegar or wine within a few weeks. As soon as you have your vinegar mother, feed them regularly with wine remains. In just three weeks, your vinegar is ready to enjoy and offers rich and delicious flavors. The ceramic unit pot has an acid-resistant inner glaze that guarantees the quality of its homemade vinegar. It is also equipped with a removable lid that enables easy filling, access to the vinegar mother and the cleaning of the dining pot by hand or in the dishwasher. The cock made of boxwood, which on a cork (made in Jura) is assembled, ensures a perfect seal. A shell with a diameter of 100 mm is also included to catch the right dose of vinegar for preparing your favorite spices. Height 210 mm, with a width of 145 mm.
