Beschreibung

Die Herstellung von eigenem Essig ist einfach und lecker! Mit dem Essigtopf von Emile Henry aus tonfarbener Keramik mit einem Fassungsvermögen von 2,5 Litern können Sie Ihren eigenen hausgemachten Essig herstellen, um Ihre Gerichte, Salate oder Desserts zu verfeinern. Verwenden Sie zu Beginn eine Essigmutter oder stellen Sie sie innerhalb weniger Wochen aus Essig oder Wein her. Sobald Sie Ihre Essigmutter haben, füttern Sie sie regelmässig mit Weinresten. In nur drei Wochen ist Ihr Essig genussbereit und bietet reiche und leckere Aromen. Der Keramik-Essigtopf verfügt über eine säurebeständige Innenglasur, die die Qualität Ihres selbstgemachten Essigs garantiert. Ausserdem ist er mit einem abnehmbaren Deckel ausgestattet, der ein einfaches Befüllen, den Zugriff auf die Essigmutter und die Reinigung des Essigtopfes per Hand oder in der Spülmaschine ermöglicht. Der Hahn aus Buchsbaumholz, der auf einem Korken (hergestellt im Jura) montiert ist, sorgt für eine perfekte Abdichtung. Eine Schale mit einem Durchmesser von 100 mm wird ebenfalls mitgeliefert, um die richtige Dosis Essig für die Zubereitung Ihrer Lieblingsgewürze aufzufangen. Höhe 210 mm, bei einer Breite von 145 mm.

How quickly will my order be delivered?

The quickest option is to pay by credit card. Since we receive guaranteed payment, we will immediately dispatch the item. If you pay in advance, we rely on the money transfer from your bank. It can sometimes take 2-3 days until we receive the payment.

Devices that are in stock will be shipped within 2-3 working days. Others we have to order from the manufacturer. It can happen that there are delays. Normally it works within the specified time.

How is delivery for a large appliance?

You select the date and time in the shopping cart and you can leave a note with exact instructions for the delivery location (example: to the left of the garage).
