With the pull-up bar, the most important exercises for strength and muscle building can be carried out, such as pull-ups, pull-ups, sit-ups and dips. For additional variety, there is the possibility to carry out exercises with different hand positions. The possibility of attaching the pull -up bar to both the ceiling and the wall makes this pull -up bar so special.
