The Hendi Dry Age meat tie cabinet offers a professional solution for meating meat. Thanks to his highly developed technology, it creates the perfect conditions for maturation, making the meat tender and tasteful.

The housing, the door frame and the door handle are made of high -quality stainless steel AISI 304, which not only guarantees a robust construction, but also offers an aesthetically appealing look. The door consists of hardened low-e glass, which improves energy efficiency and at the same time protects the inside of the cabinet from external influences.

The integrated UVC sterilization lamp prevents the formation of bacteria and ensures a safe environment for the meat. Optical and acoustic notifications inform the user about important conditions such as low humidity or open door to ensure optimal maturation.

With a variety of equipment features such as hooks, saltry and adjustable shelves, this meat tire cabinet offers maximum versatility and user -friendliness. The forced cooling using the fan and LED lighting ensure uniform air circulation and optimal visibility inside the cabinet.
