Fritteuse mit einer Leistung von 3000 Watt der Marke Hendi, Ideal zum Braten von Donuts, Engelsflügeln, Beignets, holländischen Donuts und anderen frittierten Teigwaren.

Ideal zum Braten von Donuts, Engelsflügeln, Beignets, holländischen Donuts und anderen frittierten Teigwaren. Komplett aus Edelstahl, mit zwei Rosten (354x383mm) mit Cool-Touch-Griff, einem Heizschutz und einem Deckel, der auch als Auffangwanne dienen kann. Einfach zu bedienen und zu reinigen, geeignet für intensive Nutzung und hohe Leistungen. Ausgestattet mit einem grossen geschweissten Öltank (400x400x(H)160 mm) mit einem Fassungsvermögen von max. 12 Liter. Der Tank ist mit einem Ablasshahn und einer Markierung für den Min./Max. Ölstand ausgestattet und verfügt über eine “Kaltzone” zur Verbesserung der Ölgebrauchszeit. Abnehmbares Heizelement mit Abschaltfunktion im ausgezogenen Zustand und Überhitzungsschutz. Die Temperatur kann von 50º bis 190ºC eingestellt werden. Heizungsanzeigeleuchte zur Anzeige, ob das Heizelement in Betrieb ist. Mit rutschfesten Gummifüssen.
