The professional line table fryers are made of stainless steel 18/0. Element with shutdown function when removing. The oil tank with a V-shaped soil ensures an optimal cold zone and increases the lifespan of the oil. The clear control with temperature control lights is located on the top of the device. Protection against overheating through a fitted thermos fuse. A frying basket with an extra long handle makes this model a fine device for intensive use. All frituses are delivered with a frying basket and lid.
