Der Gaskocher Kitchen Line 6 Brenner ist mit einem elektrischen Ofen ausgestattet und hat eine Größe von GN 1/1. Es gibt 6 Brenner: 3x 3,5 kW und 3x 6 kW. Er ist geeignet für Kochgeschirr mit einem Durchmesser von 120 bis 300 mm und hat eine Kochplatte aus Edelstahl AISI 304. Das Seiten- und Rückgehäuse sind aus Edelstahl AISI 430 gefertigt und es gibt Gusseisenroste mit den Maßen 335x300 mm, einen für jeden Brenner. Die Brenner sind aus hochwertigem Gusseisen und der Gaskocher ist im Auslieferzustand für den Betrieb mit Erdgas eingerichtet. Düsen zum Umbau für die Verwendung mit Propangas sind ebenfalls enthalten. Die Stahlfüße haben eine rutschfeste Oberfläche und sind von 100 bis 165 mm einstellbar. Das Gewicht beträgt 82 kg. Der Konvektionsofen hat eine Leistung von 3 kW/230 V und eine Edelstahlkammer mit den Maßen 640x370x(H)350 mm, in der 4 GN 1/1 Einschübe Platz finden. Der Abstand zwischen den Einschüben beträgt 75 mm. Das Set beinhaltet außerdem 1 GN 1/1 Gitter.
