The housing and the chamber are made of high -quality stainless steel and the chamber is equipped with a process in the ground. The powerful 6-wing fan can rotate at two speeds (1400/2800 rpm), which leads to an ideal air distribution in the chamber and prevents internal turbulence. The fan engine is double stored and has an output of 250 W. The timer can be set up to 120 minutes and the temperature up to 260˚c. The door is equipped with two glass layers with space for gravity ventilation, which means that the outer glass remains cool when touched. The exterior glazing can be removed for easier cleaning. The door seal is assembled and removable in the chamber in order to also facilitate cleaning and exchange. The chamber content offers space for 4 trays (450x340mm), while the tray guides are arranged 75 mm apart.
