Der Induktionskocher doppelt Kitchen Line von Hendi ist ein elegantes Küchengerät mit vielen nützlichen Funktionen. Dank der Touch-Bedienung können die Leistung und Temperatur des Kochers einfach und präzise in 9 verschiedenen Stufen eingestellt werden. Dadurch ist er für eine Vielzahl von Kochaufgaben geeignet.

Besonders praktisch ist der Boost-Modus, der die Leistung kurzfristig vom rechten auf das linke Kochfeld überträgt. Das linke Kochfeld hat eine Leistung von 1800W, die bei Aktivierung des Boost-Modus auf 2000W erhöht wird. Das rechte Kochfeld hat eine Leistung von 1700W und kann bei Bedarf auf 1500W reduziert werden. So können Sie ganz nach Bedarf die benötigte Leistung einstellen.

Der Temperaturbereich des Induktionskochers Kitchen Line von Hendi reicht von 35 bis 240 Grad Celsius. Dies ermöglicht eine präzise Temperaturregelung für eine Vielzahl von Kochaufgaben. Der Kocher ist für Pfannen mit einem Bodendurchmesser zwischen 120 und 220 mm geeignet.

Mit der Timerfunktion können Sie die Kochzeit für bis zu 180 Minuten einstellen. Der Induktionskocher ist ausserdem mit einem elektronischen Schutz gegen Überhitzung ausgestattet, der für zusätzliche Sicherheit sorgt. Die zulässige maximale Beladung des Kochers beträgt 2x15 kg.
