Convection furnace with an accumulation 4x 600x400mm

Housing and chamber made of stainless steel AISI 304. The oven chamber has rounded corners for easy cleaning. Glass door always remains cool thanks to the double -layered glass with gravity ventilation in between, hinges below. The inner glass plate can be removed for easy cleaning. Door seal made of thick silicone, maintenance -friendly in the housing. The chamber is equipped with LED lighting, which enables a clear view of the cooking process. Oven chamber isolated to keep the heat inside, safe and energy -efficient. Suitable for 4 sheets of 600x400 mm each, not included in the set. The temperature can be set from 100 ° C to 260 ° C. The timer can be set up to 120 minutes, permanent operation possible.

Water protection class: IPX3.

In the indirect steam injection, which is controlled with a pressure pump, water is injected into the chamber. 2 fans, not reversible. Distance from the holding rails: 73 mm.
