Aluminum casting is characterized by fast heat absorption, so the pans are ready for use in the shortest possible time. The stainless steel handle 18/10 does not absorb heat. The “Whitford® Xylan” non -stick coating is up to 250ºC. A layer of Titanium is incorporated between aluminum and the coating. This double layer method increases the lifespan and ensures additional protection against scratches. Easy to clean.
