The practical foil feed with a clamping device avoids rolling the film. The seal surface is provided with a titanium coating, which prevents the film from sticking and enables quick seal in about 1-3 seconds (depending on the strength of the film). Powerful heating elements reduce the heating time, which is around 8-10 minutes after commissioning up to full operational readiness.
