High-precision sous-video stick with temperature control. 4 inch high -resolution touchscreen. Suitable for all round or flat cooking vessels with a minimum depth of 16.5 cm, attachment to the vessel using a clamp. Best performance up to 45 liters of volume. Operating temperature 5-99ºC, accuracy 0.07ºC. The timer can be set between 1 minute and 99 hours. WiFi-compatible, can be controlled using Sousvidetools app. Several sticks can be managed via the same app at the same time. A protective mechanism automatically switches off the sous-video device without or with too little water. The integrated circulation pump prevents cold or hot. IPX7, resisted splash water and accidental immersion.
