For a safe operation, the sous-video stick switches off automatically when it is removed from the water bath. WiFi control possible, app available for iOS and Android devices. The app helps users to calculate the perfect time and temperature, including over 600 pre -installed recipes. The temperature can be set between 5ºC and 90ºC in steps of 0.1ºC. Can heat up and circulate up to 30 liters of water. Can circulate 12 liters of water per minute. The bright screen shows the working temperature and the time to be easy to use.
