Thanks to the extremely resilient material, they can also be used for stress reduction and cold (refrigerator) and heat therapy (microwave, warm water). The hand trainers are easy to clean and offer a wide range of possible uses in therapy, sport, fitness and wellness thanks to five different degrees of hardness. Their small size makes it ideal companions in everyday situations. For great hands, the XL version of the Theraband Hand trainer is about a third larger and was developed especially for people with movement restrictions (e.g. in arthritis) and people with large hands want to use the hand trainer or for strength or coordination training.
