Knife of the Miyabi 5000MCD series are precision tools for the ambitious hobby and professional chef, which are perfect in function and ergonomics and is absolutely unique in design. High-quality cryodur blade (63 HRC) with a hard core made of microcarbide powder steel MC 63, surrounded by 100 layers from two different types of steel from different hardness. Individual Flower-Damast patterns, Katana cutting edges and blade with ultrasor Honbazzuke deduction as a sign of the highest masterful knife art. Grip made of the best Masur birch with mosaic pin and decorative end cap. The series includes the Japanese knife types Chutoh (for fish and meat), Gyutoh (for meat and large vegetables), Nakiri (for vegetables), Santoku (for meat, fish and vegetables), Shotoh (for fruits and vegetables) and sujihiki (for Meat and fish), as well as a bread knife. Hand wash recommended.
