Knife of the Miyabi 4000 FC series are ideal entry -level knives in the world of Japanese kitchen tools, which are perfect in function and ergonomics and is absolutely unique in design. The particularly sharp blades of the knives consist of one piece of FC61 steel. With a hardness of 61 Rockwell, the blade is not only extremely sharp, but also particularly robust and durable. The octagonal handle is unique, which consists of Pakkah wood in a natural look. The material ensures non -slip when cutting. The stylish mosaic pin, which is under control, is noble on the knife series. The series includes the Japanese knife types Gyutoh (for meat and large vegetables), Nakiri (for vegetables), Santoku (for meat, fish and vegetables), Shotoh (for fruit and vegetables) and sujihiki (for meat and fish) as well as a bread knife.
