With the charcoal insert and smoking device from Napoleon you can convert your Napoleon gas grills into a charcoal grill and smoker. Enjoy the aroma of charcoal with your favorite smoke chips directly from your gas grill. Simply remove the grill grate and flame protection inserts and put the charcoal tray on the burner. Then put charcoal in and put the grill grate again. Heat the burner until the charcoal glows red. Then switch off the burners and grill in a modern way with charcoal.
