The Schildkröt multifunctional door bar brings your strength training home - simple, effective and versatile. You can use it to do pull-ups, push-ups or triceps exercises and specifically strengthen your shoulders, chest and arms. The sturdy construction made of powder-coated steel can withstand up to 100 kg and fits door frames up to 92 cm wide and 12-24 cm deep. Soft PU foam handles ensure comfort during every exercise. The door bar is adjustable in three ways and can be installed quickly – without drilling. Whether on the door frame or on the floor: you train how it suits you best. Ideal for your flexible home workout.
