For a balanced aroma and a fine crema, the espresso is brewed with an ideal brewing pressure of 9-11 bar. You have the pressure in view thanks to the manometer. This machine includes a professional barista starter set consisting of a solid tamper and a stainless steel milk foam jug (approx. 450 ml) for limitless individuality and a perfect preparation of coffee milk specialties. Thanks to the powerful thermal block heating system, in which you can choose three different temperature settings, your espresso receives the perfect temperature from the first cup. Our tip for the perfect briefing result: Use fine and freshly ground espresso powder and press it evenly with the help of the tamper and press it in the portafilter with enough pressure. For a simple espresso you need about 7 g and for a double approx. 14 g espresso powder.
