Das Gerät ist mit einem innovativen, flachen Keramikboden (Flat Bed) mit Mikrowellenreflektor ausgestattet und erzeugt eine gleichmässige Wärmeverteilung völlig ohne Drehteller. Dieses Gerät ist perfekt geeignet für eckige Auflaufformen und grosse Teller und bietet ein innovatives Garen auf zwei Ebenen, denn durch den Einschubrost ist ein gleichzeitiges Garen mehrerer Speisen auf zwei Ebenen möglich. Die Grillfunktion ermöglicht ein ideales Gratinieren von Speisen. Nach der einfachen Benutzung erfolgt auch die Reinigung ganz unkompliziert, denn der flache Keramikboden kann einfach mit einem Tuch gereinigt werden.Flatbed-Mikrowellen werden in der Gastronomie schon seit längerem benutzt. Sie haben keinen Drehteller und keinen Drehring. Die Mikrowellen haben meistens einen Keramikboden. Die Vorteile der Flatbed-Mikrowelle liegen auf der Hand. Die Reinigung ist viel einfacher. Zudem können nun auch rechteckige oder viereckige Formen hineingestellt werden. Teilweise können sogar auf 2 Lager die Lebensmittel erhitzt werden.
