Up to a shopping cart of CHF 79.95, a small quantity surcharge of 9.50 applies. If the shopping cart exceeds CHF 80, it will be canceled.
You receive a 2-year guarantee on all products. Products that have a longer guarantee period are marked accordingly with a 3 or 5 year guarantee. There is no guarantee on liquidation items.
The quickest option is to pay by credit card. Since we receive guaranteed payment, we will immediately dispatch the item. If you pay in advance, we rely on the money transfer from your bank. It can sometimes take 2-3 days until we receive the payment.
Devices that are in stock will be shipped within 2-3 working days. Others we have to order from the manufacturer. It can happen that there are delays. Normally it works within the specified time.
You select the date and time in the shopping cart and you can leave a note with exact instructions for the delivery location (example: to the left of the garage).
Post Logistik Stückgut will deliver the delivery as requested by you.
IMPORTANT: The delivery is deposited by Post Logistik General Cargo or a third-party provider. If you left a note for the exact delivery location when ordering, the delivery will be left there.
Delivery takes place to the curb.
