That's how it works

Give the Sachet a short massage to relax any clumps.

1. Fill the lukewarm water until the mark (400ml)

2. Pour the powder into the bottle

3. Shake the bottle well and wait at least 30 minutes. The final consistency is reached after about 8 hours or overnight.

Tips for effective handwashing

🍽️Please do not rinse under running tap. Instead, fill up your sink with hot water and add about 2-3 splash detergent.

🍽️Remove fat and food with kitchen paper.

🍽️First rinse the cleanest dishes and then work yourself to the more pollution.

What are the shipping costs?

Up to a shopping cart of CHF 79.95, 9.50 falls. If the shopping cart exceeds CHF 80.- Then it falls away.

How long is the guarantee period?

You will receive a 2-year guarantee on all products. Products that have a longer guarantee period are marked accordingly with 3 or a 5-year guarantee. There is no guarantee on liquidation articles.

How quickly is said order delivered?

The fastest variant is a payment using a credit card, since we receive a guaranteed payment here we will resolve the delivery immediately. At prepayment, we rely on the money transfer of your house bank. Sometimes it can go for 2-3 days until we receive the payment.

Devices that are at warehouse are sent within 2-3 working days. We have to order others from the manufacturer. It can happen that there are also delays. Normally it works in the specified time.

What is the delivery for a large device?

You choose the date and time in the shopping cart and you can leave a note with precise instructions for the delivery location (example: left next to the garage).
The mail logistics general cargo will deliver the delivery as you wish.
