The reliability index shows the reliability of the brand on a scale of 100. The more problems were reported and the more serious they were, the lower the score. The age and use of the device were taken into account.

Which brands are most reliable in microwaves? Test Aankoop asked this question 40,000 consumers.
In order to find out which brands offer the best guarantee for a long-term problem-free operation, test-Aankoop in cooperation with consumer organizations from Italy, Spain, Portugal and France has carried out a large-scale reliability and satisfaction survey.
Based on the survey, it was determined how satisfied consumers are with their microwave, how often they have problems and what these problems mainly relate. And what can be seen? Domo is at the top of the list! Domo receives 92 out of 100 points for reliability and 83 out of 100 points for satisfaction. Twice the highest score! And therefore we are proud. These results from Test Aankoop confirm that we launch our DOMO devices at the right price and also do very well in terms of quality and user-friendliness.
